All the below projects are practically implementable as Self Employment programs. A little investment can give opportunity for the unemployed to develop useful skills and provide themselves with a means to live.

Details of the projects
1. Push carts for vegetables/ fruit vendors: Micro financing scheme
There is a great demand for the Vending of vegetables and fruits etc on push carts. We have contacted some persons who are unemployed at present and have no means of livelihood. This scheme provides succor to 100 families.
50 Ladies who know this work are without frames to do this work. They receive wooden frames and related tools like scissors, colored threads etc and needles.
There has been tremendous growth of readymade garment shops in the city, from bags and petty coats to high class garments. Due to this there is need for people to stitch clothes on tailoring machines, zig zag machines, embroidery machines etc. People with knowledge of cutting and stitching, if provided with such machines, can earn a living from their house.
Hyderabad is a city where the number of light vehicles like cars etc. is growing very rapidly. According to the present estimate there are at least 8 lacs of cars plying in the city. The demand for light vehicle drivers is growing by leaps and bounds. Unfortunately, due to lack of money the youth is not able to learn driving and get driving licenses.
There are several miscellaneous projects like vending on cycles, roadside selling of eatables and clothes etc.
