Alhamdulillah in 2008, IMRC performed 2653 Qurbanis (Ud’iya) feeding thousands of needy families across India.

This year in addition to our ongoing projects, IMRC thrust into helping and rebuilding the homes and lives of the victims of recent devastating flood in Andhra Pradesh.
Inshallah, with your generous support this year we plan to perform 3,500 Qurbanis feeding the needy families with Qurbani meat.

When our donors choose to perform their Qurbani through IMRC, thousands of needy people in India celebrate Eid with a proper meal. Because a meal with meat is a luxury. Volunteers working from hundreds of distribution centers across India, perform Qurbani on donors’ behalf and meat packets are distributed in poor neighborhoods. In the event of natural disasters or man made tragedies, IMRC focusses its distribution to victims in the affected areas.

In 2007, IMRC was able to help **** families through 250 distribution centers in 12 states of India. In 2007, we focussed on flood affected areas of Bihar, riot affected areas of Bengal, Maharashtra, the deprived areas of Gujarat, alongwith rural areas throughout India. Just 2531 Qurbani/Qudh’hiya requests we received made such a big difference.
